User-generated content (such as notes and feedback) remains your property. By submitting content, you grant Yara a non-exclusive license to use it for improving the Service.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a onetime, monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The content provided on Yara is for educational and exam preparation purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Yara does not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing any specific exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors including individual effort, preparation, and test conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Yara in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
